Overview
AN Solutions Operations Portal is used for internal business work, including employee management, attendance, salaries, projects, and social posting workflows. We only collect and process information needed to operate these services.
Information We Collect
The system may store employee profile details, work records, attendance/check-in data, salary records, uploaded media, social account connection details, posting history, audit logs, and basic technical metadata required for security and support.
Social Platform Connections
When a user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we store the minimum account identifiers, page details, scopes, and access tokens required to publish or schedule posts on behalf of the connected business. Tokens are used only for authorized posting and account management actions inside the portal.
How We Use Information
Information is used to run HR operations, manage team work, calculate and track salary workflows, upload media, publish or schedule social posts, provide audit history, and keep the system secure.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed through service providers used by the system, including Firebase/Firestore, AWS/S3 or CloudFront, Pabbly workflows, and connected social media APIs when users choose to publish content.
Data Deletion
Users can request removal of connected Meta/Facebook data by removing app access in Meta settings or by contacting AN Solutions support. When Meta sends a data deletion callback, the system removes stored Meta user identifiers and access tokens from active social connections while keeping historical business audit logs needed for compliance and operational records.
