Use of the Portal

AN Solutions Operations Portal is provided for authorized business users to manage internal HR, salaries, attendance, projects, media, and social posting workflows. Users must access the portal only for approved business purposes.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login access secure and for all activity performed through their account. Shared or unauthorized access is not permitted.

Social Posting

Users who connect social accounts confirm they have permission to manage and publish content for those businesses or pages. Users are responsible for captions, media, scheduling decisions, and compliance with each social platform's policies.

Uploaded Content

Uploaded photos, videos, posters, and documents must be owned by the user or used with proper authorization. AN Solutions may remove content that violates business, legal, or platform requirements.

System Availability

We aim to keep the portal reliable, but service availability may vary during maintenance, updates, third-party API changes, or infrastructure issues.
